Custom Order Requests

At Memory Lane Leather Designs, we craft many custom jewelry orders. Over the years we have handcrafted countless pendants, beaded stretch bracelets, leather cuff bracelets, earrings, keychains, wire wrapped stones, and on some occasions, vintage style rings.

The price of your custom piece includes a phone consultation with the artisan/designer and confirmation of your chosen design (via emailed photo example) before it is made. At this point, an accurate price estimate for the piece(s) will be provided, as well as, an agreed upon completion date. 

Because your jewelry is custom ordered we do request a 50% down payment of the quoted price of your order; the remainder will be due prior to shipment and upon your final approval of the actual photographed piece(s). Down payments made are non-refundable unless we receive your request prior to ordering your project materials.

We will ship your order via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking number included.If you require rush order delivery, advanced payment is required.

Providing Your Own Embellishment for  Leather Cuff.

Is there a forgotten piece of jewelry begging for attention at the bottom of your jewelry box? Perhaps we can give it new life! If you choose to provide your own embellishment for a custom leather cuff, the same ordering procedure above applies. Please note that you will be asked to provide a picture(s) of your adornment during the consultation. We will proceed if it's determined that your piece can be used.

When shipping your adornment(s) to us, we strongly recommend that you protect it with bubble wrap, purchase postal insurance for that covers the value of your keepsake(s), and provide us with tracking information. We will not be responsible for lost items or damages incurred while en route to us.
